Prohibited Items
The Following Items are Not allowed in Adventure Park, City-Shop, or any other areas on resort property
- Weapons and other sharp objects including glass-breakers
- Class B and above Hazordous Materials or Substances
- Props, Toy Weapons, and Sports Equipment
- No outside food or drink unless sealed in original packaging
- Alcohol, Drugs (including CBD enriched substances or mariguana)
- Selfie Sticks and Tripods
- Paint, graffiti markers, or other marking tools
- Skateboards, Scooters, Bycicles, Rollerskates/ Rollerblades
Note: Bike locks are available at all resort drop-off locations
General Guidelines
- All guests must adhear to our dress code (see below)
- Children should not be left unattended
- All guests must have valid identification and park admission to enter themeparks
- All guests will be required to pass a security checkpoint before entering the resort Esplenade
- Guests who are heavily intoxicated will be removed from resort property
- To preserve immersion, playing of loud music or video in guest areas is prohibited
Security and Medical Emergencies
- Report all security concerns to the nearest cast member
- Unattended children will be directed to the Child Care Center in the Resort Esplenade
- If a guest has lost their group, they can provide a note at Guest Services
- On-site medical personal are available to assist in any medical emergencies
- First-Aid Stations are available on Adventure Boulevard and City-Shop North (more information here)

Attraction Safety
- Always keep your hands, arms, feet, and legs inside of moving vehicles and away from exterior objects
- Remain seated at all times while restraints are engaged
- Follow all guidelines and instructions offered by attraction operators
- Read and follow all posted guidelines for each attraction
- Do not touch costume characters or attraction scenery
- Remove all hats and loose articles prior to experiencing fast rides
- Never exit a vehicle while it is in motion or while restraints are engaged
- Smoking is never allowed on attractions or in show-spaces
- Parents must supervise children
For Injured Guests or Expectant Mothers
It is not recomended for injured/ recovering guests with recent medical history or expectant mothers to experience the following attractions due to unexpected and intense forces and movememnt
- Touch the Sky (launched Rollercoaster with Inversions)
- Ride the Beat: Waveriders (Launched rollercoaster)
- Tomb of the Emperor's Curse (Freefall and intense vertical acceleration)
- Space Jump (Free fall drop tower)
- Old Yander's Mine Train (Wildmouse with sharp turns and drops)
- Mission 12 (indoor rollercoaster with sharp turns)
- Flight of the Dragon (slower rollercoaster with quick turns)
- Crusader (fast rollercoaster with quick turns and inversions)
Live Entertainment and Shows
- Shoulder-sitting is not allowed
- Refrain from touching show elements
- Do not heckle our actors
- Please be mindful of guests around you when enjoying shows
- Do not play music or loud media during shows and please step away from show spaces to take calls
- Videos or audio recorded of our live shows may not be used for profit unless under a media license from Globe-City Entertainment LLC.
